The Lower Barn
The Lower Barn, the largest of our meeting spaces, can accommodate meetings or parties up to 80 guests. The space features a bar area, dance floor or stage area, coat room, handicap-accessible restrooms, and wrap around deck overlooking the mountain. The Lower Barn can be used for larger meetings, retreats, seminars, or small weddings.
Weekday rental rates:
November – April: $650 for 3 hours and $100 per additional hour
May – October: $750 for 3 hours and $125 per additional hour
Weekend rental rates:
November – April: $850 for 3 hours and $100 per additional hour
May – October: $950 for 3 hours and $125 per additional hour
The Clubhouse
Host your meeting or party in The Clubhouse at Candlelight Farms Inn overlooking the mountain. The Clubhouse is a rustic room (30×35) with a small kitchen, a bar, and private restroom with views of the mountain and pond. The space includes a fireplace and can accommodate meetings or parties up to 60 guests.
Weekday rental rates:
November – April: $500 for 3 hours and $75 per additional hour
May – October: $600 for 3 hours and $100 per additional hour
Weekend rental rates:
November – April: $700 for 3 hours and $100 per additional hour
May – October: $800 for 3 hours and $125 per additional hour
The Inn
The Inn is a historic and charming space to hold your meeting or small party. With a dining room, meeting room with couches, and bar, the Inn is the perfect spot for meetings or parties up to 35 guests.
The weekday rental rate for The Inn is $750 for 3 hours, all year round.
*use of the kitchen can be included for an additional fee.
