With our Sunday Wedding Celebration package, you and your guests will experience the beauty of Candlelight Farms. This package will allow for weddings from 60 to 250 guests and is tailored for the budget-conscious couple. The “Sunday Wedding Celebration” package includes:
- Access to the panoramic grounds for lasting photo opportunities and spending times with your guests.
- Onsite and email consultation to discuss the details of your day and how to make it your unique wedding experience. A Candlelight Farms Inn staff member will be onsite on your wedding day.
- Access to the Candlelight Farms property for your ceremony and reception from 1 pm -8 pm.
- For those pre-wedding moments, this package allows access to the Inn prior to your ceremony.
- Use of the “Clubhouse” for your guests to enjoy a cocktail hour or for your vendors to have a place to set up.
- Use of the newly renovated “Lower Barn,” with seating up to 80 guests* and a dance floor.
Looking for something unique? Additions are available including a canoe to keep your craft beers and sodas iced, hay bales for outdoor seating, John Deere tractors and horses from Candlelight Farms stables for photo opportunities, and customized white birch centerpieces and arbors.
*A tent and restrooms will need to be rented for weddings above 80 guests with this package
The cost of the “Sunday Wedding Celebration” package is $3,000 (plus 10% service charge) for 2013 weddings.

Saturday Wedding Celebration at Candlelight Farms
The “Saturday Wedding Celebration,” is a sweetheart deal for the couple looking to create unforgettable memories with a touch of tradition.
With the tradition of a Saturday event and the serene views at Candlelight Farms, your wedding will be the one everyone remembers for years to come. This package will allow for weddings from 60 to 250 guests and includes:
- Access to the Candlelight Farms property for your ceremony, reception, and other activities, from Saturday morning to 11 pm on Saturday night
- Access to the panoramic grounds for lasting photo opportunities and spending times with your guests
- Onsite and email consultation to discuss the details of your day and how to make it your unique wedding experience. A Candlelight Farms Inn staff member will be onsite on your wedding day.
- A tented wedding to share your special day with family and friends
- Use of the “Clubhouse” for your guests to enjoy a cocktail hour or for your vendors to have a place to set up.
- A unique set up for your wedding, including a canoe to keep your craft beers and sodas iced, hay bales for outdoor seating, John Deere tractors and horses from Candlelight Farms stables for photo opportunities, and customized white birch centerpieces and arbors.

Candlelight Dreams Wedding
The “Candlelight Dreams Wedding,” our most popular package, is for couple looking to host an elegant country wedding where dreams come true.
With this package, you’ll relax the night before and be ready for your special day on the Candlelight Farms Inn property. This package will allow for weddings from 60 to 250 guests. The “Candlelight Dreams Wedding” includes:
- Access to the Candlelight Farms property for your ceremony, reception, and other activities, from 1 pm on Friday afternoon to 10 pm on Saturday
- Access to the panoramic grounds for lasting photo opportunities and spending times with your guests
- Onsite and email consultation to discuss the details of your day and how to make it your unique wedding experience. A Candlelight Farms Inn staff member will be onsite on your wedding day.
- Overnight accommodations in the “Honeymoon Cottage” for the bride and groom, and bridal party on Friday night (bride and groom can separate on Friday night and see each other again at the Saturday wedding)
- Use of the “Lower Barn” or “Clubhouse” for your rehearsal or pre-wedding party
- Five overnight rooms in the “Inn,” on Friday, max double occupancy
- Breakfast served in the “Inn” dining room for overnight guests on Saturday morning
- A tented wedding to share your special day with family and friends
- Use of the “Clubhouse” for your guests to enjoy a cocktail hour or for your vendors to have a place to set up.

Candlelight Exclusive Wedding Weekend
The “Candlelight Exclusive Wedding Weekend” is the ultimate wedding weekend. This package is for the couple who not only wants their wedding to be an event, but wants it to be THEevent!
With this package, the scenic Candlelight Farms Inn property is reserved for you, for the entire weekend, and will allow for weddings from 60 to 250 guests. The “Candlelight Exclusive Wedding Weekend” includes:
- Access to the Candlelight Farms property for your ceremony, reception, and other activities, from 1 pm on Friday afternoon to 12 pm on Sunday afternoon
- Access to the panoramic grounds for lasting photo opportunities and spending times with your guests, all weekend!
- Onsite and email consultation to discuss the details of your day and how to make it your unique wedding experience. A Candlelight Farms Inn staff member will be onsite on your wedding day.
- Full access of the “Inn” and the “Honeymoon Cottage” Friday and Saturday
- Use of the “Lower Barn” or “Clubhouse” for your rehearsal or pre-wedding party
- Overnight accommodations in the “Honeymoon Cottage” for the bride and groom, and bridal party on Friday and Saturday nights (bride and groom can separate on Friday night and see each other again at the Saturday wedding)
- Five overnight rooms in the “Inn,” both Friday and Saturday, max double occupancy
- Third floor bunk access sleeps an additional 4 guests
- Additional guests may camp out on the property under the stars
- Breakfast served in the “Inn” dining room for overnight guests on Saturday morning
- A tented wedding to share your special day with family and friends
