Guest quarters and common rooms Our 1843 home offers 5 guest rooms , each with newly renovated private bath and magnificent views of the farmscape. Two rooms offer king beds and 3 offer queen sleep number beds, lovely linens and towels and eco friendly product. Our common rooms include or parlour for quiet chats in front of a fireplace. The dining room can be used for parties of 10 or more, our breakfast room is where we will meet you in the morning for a healthful breakfast. Our tap room has a wide screen TV for your viewing of the Uconn games, a game table and an honour bar. We have additional outbuildings on the property which we will show you. Our organic vegetable gardens, fruit trees, raspberry and strawberry patches, and prize chickens…make your breakfast as fresh as can be. Guests are welcome to canoe or fly fish in our 27 acre pond Riding is available through the stable ____________________________________________________ Rates for the 2010 year are: Room rate 150.00 plus 12%occupancy tax $20.00 for a crib or3rd person in a room Traveling with your horses? Room rate for you and your horse…200.00 per person includes a box stall and turn out, use of our ring and trail system. Traveling with your dog? Add in $20.00 and a 50.00 refundable cleaning fee. Dogs may not be in room alone. Grounds rentals Inn Rental for small gathering 3 hours $650.00 Kitchen use. 100 per extra hour Clubhouse for small gathering for 3 hours 450.00 Includes grounds 100 per additional hour Inn Use for dressing, cocktail luncheon for the bridesmaids in the Inn, club house where the gentleman can dress, use of the grounds for your ceremony and reception on grounds…$3,000. (Rentals and caterers need to be hired) Rooms need to be booked but are not included in this, The property and Inn are yours for the weekend. You may use the Clubhouse all weekend, The Inn at night, You are responsible for your rentals. Refrig in Kitchen for your use. 4 rooms are included in this package for two nights. $6,000,00 "With the rental of the site, for a tented wedding, it is expected that 6 rooms in the Inn are reserved and booked the weekend of the wedding and 2 are reserved and booked for an untented wedding/event."
