Candlelight Farms Wedding  Information 2010 

The  weddings at Candlelight Farms are designed to make your dream wedding a  reality.  These extraordinary weddings are for those who want a  one of a kind wedding -a wedding like no other. Designer.  Therefore, the days is yours, not to be shared with another wedding or event.   

The planning. 

Candlelight Farms will provide telephone and e-mail consultation throughout the planning process.  We will accommodate on site meetings with family, caterers, florists, and rental companies.    Candlelight Farms will share lists of preferred caterers , bakeries, tent and rental companies photographers and music providers.  There will be a charge of $200.00 for using a caterer who is not a preferred caterer.  There is a $400.00 charge for any use of the Inn kitchen.

 Wedding options 

Candlelight Farms Inn can accommodate a wedding of 35 within the Inn itself.  The Pub is perfect for drink service. Caterers are welcome to use the Inn Kitchen for a fee of $400.00.  The fee for a total of 4 hours is $650.00 in addition to the kitchen fee.  100.00 per hour after 4 hours. 

The Clubhouse can accommodate a  wedding of 45 with dancing.  It is a rustic building with a fireplace, bar, kitchen and bathroom.  The fee for the use of this building for 4 hours is $550.00 with no kitchen fee.  100.00 per hour after 4 hours. 

Tented  one day property weddings.

  You can choose your location on this estate.  We can accommodate up to 500 for  tented weddings.  Often the setting of birch trees is used but use your imagination….so many glorious locations on the property.  With the one day rental of the property,  7 rooms must be booked in the Inn for the weekend.  Portal-potties need to be rented for the day of the wedding for weddings over 80 people.  The Inn is used  for the bridal party dressing, for an intimate time with family.  2010 price is $3,000.00

 Tented weekend destination weddings.

For those who have many coming from out of town, this is the perfect solution. Enjoy what the property has to offer! The Inn, including 10 nights, (5 rooms per night), the Clubhouse for a after rehearsal dinner party, the grounds for the wedding and for the farewell Breakfast are all included.  The 2010 price for this package is $6,000.00.  Guests are welcome to fly fish in our 27 acre private pond, schedule massage, a riding lesson, a trial ride…a hike or a picnic!  It includes inviting who you want to the property anytime during the weekend. 

$1,000,000 Liquor liability insurance must be purchased by the couple naming Candlelight Farms and Carl Dunham  as additional insured for the days of the event. 

All caterers must provide a proof of liability insurance for a minimum of $1,000,000 naming Candlelight Farms and Carl Dunham as additional insured for the dates of the event. 

The rehearsal

On site ceremony rehearsal the night before the wedding is included. 

The Ceremony

The ceremony will be held under the tent if inclement weather.  You may choose the birch trees, the perennial garden, or a terrace.  Included for the ceremony:

  The Reception 

The reception may be held in many areas on the property.    Included in the price is a cake table, 3 buffet tables,  our signature Meadowbrook horse cart hordoerve table, and the Candlelight Canoe for use of bottled beverages on ice.  Parking is plentiful.  An attendant can be hired.
