The “Saturday Farm Wedding Celebration,” is a sweetheart deal for the couple looking to create unforgettable memories with a touch of tradition.
With the tradition of a Saturday event and the serene views at Candlelight Farms, your wedding will be the one everyone remembers for years to come. This package can accommodate weddings up to 300 guests and includes:

  • Access to the Candlelight Farms Inn property for your ceremony, reception, and other activities, on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm. (additional hours can be arranged) Amplified music must be shut off by 11 pm at the Farm Venue & 10:30 PM at the Hanger.

  • Access to the Inn for pre-wedding prep (hair, make up, photography at 9 AM).

  • Access to the panoramic Farms Inn grounds for lasting photo opportunities and spending times with your guests.

  • Onsite and email consultation to discuss the details of your day and how to make it your unique wedding experience. A Candlelight Farms Inn staff member will be onsite on your wedding day.

  • Use of the Clubhouse and Lower Barn for your guests to enjoy a cocktail hour, intimate weddings, for groom & groomsmen to prepare. Can also be used for sparkle send off, fire pit, after party and wind down hours.

  • Wind down, limited #of guests.


*Please note that deposits for events are non refundable

*Restrooms need to be rented with this package over 125 or more people at Farm or Hanger.
*An additional $10 per person will apply for weddings over 150 guests.
15% service charge on rented property and liability insurance to be provided by renter.

*Catering & Rentals not included

*Hanger can be added to this package for an additional $7,500 FOR ONE DAY

*It is important to us that the weddings are staggered for a go time....4 or 4:15 for hangar weddings and 5:00  for farm weddings, this allows for no disruption of cars or buses 

*No parking on grassed areas

*$300 septic fee if  not renting restroom trailer

*$400 charge for new caterers 

*All  Seasons is our preferred rental co. & VIP Restrooms
