*A tent and restrooms may need to be rented with this package
*The cost of the “Candlelight Exclusive Wedding Weekend” package is $20,000 (plus 10% service charge).
*An additional $10 per person will apply for wedding over 175 guests.
*10% service charge on rented property and liability insurance to be provided by renter

*If wedding is over 120 people restroom trailer must be rented. 

*A tent will be needed for the reception for guests over 90. 

*Hanger can be added on to this package for $7,500 FOR ONE DAY

*It is important to us that the weddings are staggered for a go time....4 or 4:15 for hangar weddings and 5:00  for farm weddings, this allows for no disruption of cars or buses. Weddings may start earlier if agreed upon. 

The “Candlelight Farm Exclusive Wedding Weekend”  is the ultimate wedding weekend. This package is for the couple who not only wants their wedding to be an event, but wants it to be THE event!

With this package, the scenic Candlelight Farms Inn property is reserved for you, for the entire weekend, and can accommodate weddings with up to 250 guests. The “Candlelight Farm Exclusive Wedding Weekend” includes:

  • Access to the Candlelight Farm Inn property for your ceremony, reception, and other activities, from 4 pm on Friday afternoon to 12 pm on Sunday afternoon. Amplified music must be off by 11 pm. 

  • Access to the panoramic grounds for lasting photo opportunities and spending times with your guests, all weekend! Checkout 10 AM Sunday.

  • Onsite and email consultation to discuss the details of your day and how to make it your unique wedding experience. A Candlelight Farms Inn staff member will be onsite on your wedding day.

  • Access to 5 rooms in the Inn on Friday and Sat night, max double occupancy. Checkout of rooms by 10 AM Sunday. 

  • Use of the “Lower Barn” or “Clubhouse” for your rehearsal or pre-wedding party.

  • Additional guests may camp out on the property under the stars

  • Breakfast served in the “Inn” dining room for overnight guests on Saturday & Sunday morning.

  • Use of the “Clubhouse” for your guests to enjoy a cocktail hour or for a small intimate wedding. Clubhouse can also be use for the groom & groomsmen to prepare and your after winddown party!

  • Continue your winddown party after the reception around a fire pit overlooking the mountain until midnight.

  • Use of the Candlelight Farms property for a farewell brunch for you and your guests on Sunday morning. (service provided by your caterer please arrange in advance) completed by 12 noon.
