The CLUBHOUSE, The INN COMMON ROOMS, and LOWER BARN form our farm venue.
3 buildings provide cozy and warm inviting stone, raw barn wood, cathedral ceilings and rafters, glorious fireplaces, covered outdoor porches, and private fire pits. Combined with jaw dropping panoramic views of lakes, pastures and mountains, you and your guests will always remember your farm wedding.
The FARM VENUE provides unforgettable weddings. Vendor services, toilet trailers, and additional tenting are not included, and will be required in addition to our venue fee.
FARM weddings consist of 6 packages - FARM, DREAMS, or EXCLUSIVE packages

FARM Wedding FRIDAY or SUNDAY only - $8,500
FARM Wedding - SATURDAY only - $10,000
“The Farm Wedding” package at the Farm, assures you and your guests will experience all the beauty of Candlelight Farms, and your wedding day will be one that guests will remember for years to come.

- Access to the Inn at 9am for hair and makeup in the dining room area
- Breakfast area in the kitchen
- Clubhouse available at 9am for wedding prep and wind down party
- Lower Barn area for cocktail hour or reception with a covered deck with AC/Heating
- Ceremony site between the Birch Trees or in the garden area. Your choice. Ceremony start time 5pm
- Cocktail hour in the garden area or lower barn
- 2 different tented areas on the property your choice to choose what side of the farm you would like for your reception. (Tented area
can accommodate up to 500 people)
- 2 areas for cook tent for catering with electric and water
- Lawn Games- Corn-hole/ladder ball/giant Jenga
- Access to the Pinterest Room for choosing your own decorations
- Access to the grounds and views for lasting photo memories
- Wind down party in the clubhouse until 10:30pm by the fire pit. All guests must exit the premises by 11pm
- Onsite Professional Coordinators for hire, to discuss the details of your day and how to make it your unique wedding experience.

*A tent and restrooms need to be rented for weddings above 90 guests
*An additional $10 per person will apply for weddings over 100 guests
*15% service charge on rented property and liability insurance to be provided by renter
*The Hangar can be added to any package for $7,500 for one day
*We have a preferred list of Vendors, but you do have a choice of caterer with our approval. Food Trucks are allowed
*All Seasons Rentals is our exclusive vendor for tent rentals, tables and chairs, glassware, linens etc
*No driving after wind down party
*It is important to us that the weddings are staggered for a go time....4 or 4:15 for hangar weddings and 5:00 for
farm weddings, this allows for no disruption of cars or buses during ceremony
