*It is important to us that the weddings are staggered for a go time....4 or 4:15 for hangar weddings and 5:00  for farm weddings, this allows for no disruption of cars or buses 

*Wedding may start earlier if agreed upon

*No parking on grassed areas

*No driving after winddown 

*$300 septic fee for 125 or fewer guests

*125 or more guests must rent restroom trailer

*$400 charge for new caterers

The “Candlelight Farm Dreams Wedding,” our most popular package, is for couple looking to host an elegant country wedding where dreams come true.
With this package, you’ll relax the night before and be ready for your special day on the Candlelight Farm Inn property. This package can accommodate weddings up to 300 guests. The “Candlelight Farm Dreams Wedding” includes:

  • Access to the Candlelight Farms Inn property for your ceremony, reception, and other activities, from 4 pm on Friday afternoon to 12 pm on Saturday. Amplified music must be off by 11 pm & 10:30 pm at the Hanger.

  • Access to the panoramic grounds for lasting photo opportunities and spending times with your guests.

  • Onsite and email consultation to discuss the details of your day and how to make it your unique wedding experience. A Candlelight Farms Inn staff member will be onsite on your wedding day.

  • Use of the “Lower Barn” and “Clubhouse” for your rehearsal, pre-wedding party, and reception.

  • Use of Lower Barn/Clubhouse for Friday night rehearsal dinner.

  • Five overnight rooms in the “Inn,” on Friday, max double occupancy. Checkout is 4:00 pm Saturday. Personal items can be left in common rooms until 5:30 pm Saturday. (post ceremony)

  • Breakfast served in the “Inn” dining room for overnight guests on Saturday morning.

  • Use of the “Clubhouse” for your guests to enjoy a cocktail hour or for your vendors to have a place to set up. Or for the gents to get ready for the wedding and/or wind down party.

  • Firepit for winddown. After winddown no driving (limited #of guests).

  • 12:00 all vacated.
